This place is walking distance from where I live and I had my first meal here today. I ordered 'shrimp fried rice', item number 145 on the menu. The lady at the counter was polite even with the commotion around her and charged no tip on my payment. As a student this is a big deal for me. The order was ready for pickup in 10 minutes and I was glad I asked for take away - the portion size was good for two meals for my small appetite. The rice was spicy and the shrimps succulent and tasty... kind of reminded me of the street food I used to enjoy back home. I would definitely go back. A great Chinese restaurant right next to McGill University! Even past 9 p.m., the place was packed — a true sign of how popular it is. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely worth a visit!
